Drawing on the finesse of dry Andalusian fortification, Kilchoman's 2023 Fino Sherry Cask release showcases the distillery's farm-to-bottle ethos with a lean, saline character.

This limited-edition single malt spent its first five years in 20 carefully selected Fino butts from Bodega José y Miguel Martin, imparting crisp nutty notes and a refreshing maritime edge.

Production: Unpeated and peated Kilchoman spirit is distilled on site, then matured exclusively in Fino Sherry butts for a minimum of five years before bottling at 50% ABV.

Pairing Suggestions: Ideal alongside shellfish platters and sushi, it also brightens goat cheeses and light tapas with its crisp acetic lift and mineral drive.
