Tasting Note: Matured separately in Bourbon and Madeira casks for 14 years before vatting together at a punchy 48%, this amazing Doorly's Rum is produced at the Foursquare distillery in Barbados.
It offers rich, sticky tropical fruits, dark chocolate orange, ginger and sweet spices. The hearty palate has notes of fig and mango amidst the oaky vanilla and cinnamon. An exemplary cask-aged rum.
