At The Spirits Room, we strive to ensure every bottle arrives in perfect condition; however, due to the nature of consumable goods, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging is retained to facilitate a smooth resolution process.

Upon delivery, carefully check your package for any signs of breakage, leakage, or incorrect labeling before opening the safety seals.

Await Authorization
Our quality control team will review your claim within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if the criteria are met.
Receive Refund or Replacement
