This 21-Year-Old is perhaps the finest of the Hibiki range. Beautifully complex flavours of baked apple, cherry, blackberry, ripe banana, caramel biscuit, dried apricot, and honeycomb combine with the elegant spice which only Mizunara can impart. A long creme-brulee style finish rounds off an incredible whisky with phenomenal balance and elegance.
