The Cuvée is a dynamic assemblage of 25 Single Farm Origin Single Malts, inspired by Bordeaux's greatest Chateaux. This results in a whisky showing notes of red apples, lavender, digestive biscuits, oranges, fresh mint, and coffee cake, with a distinctly oily, textured palate delivering grapefruit, lemon zest, dark chocolate and cherries. It carries an extraordinary length of flavour.
