The Story

A 17 year old Pedro Ximénez release completes Tomatin’s Sherry Collection trio, which starts with a Manzanilla and a Palo Cortado cask. Bottled at 46%, non-chill filtered and with natural colour, it develops rich flavours of sticky toffee pudding and espresso as well as raisins, dried figs and dark chocolate from its long maturation in the sweetest style of Sherry, Pedro Ximénez (PX).
