Triple distilled in Clonakilty’s coastal distillery, this whiskey begins life in ex-bourbon barrels before a final rest in seasoned port casks sourced from Portugal’s Douro Valley. This dual maturation brings together sweetness, spice, and fruit-driven charm. Using both Single Pot Still and Single Grain whiskey, the team employ their signature ‘gentle cut’ process, gradually introducing pure spring water to create a beautifully smooth and balanced spirit.
