Named 'The Eclipse', this delicious Caol Ila Single Malt is comprised of 3 refill casks yielding just 1067 bottles in total.
Gorgeous smoky, salty lime, oily green grass, tropical trifle, oyster shell and slightly burnt butter aromas from the clean Caol Ila. On the palate, there's a lovely oil drum smoke wrapped up in zingy citrus which fades to soft mango and a dusting of black pepper on the finish. A soft smoke and tropical fruit lingers on the gums in a very satisfying fashion. As they say in the West Country, proper job.
