Taste: Soft and velvety mouthfeel, beginning with juicy plums, nectarines and melted almond butter, before umami notes of cinnamon, clove and brandy snaps emerge.

Finish: Rich dark chocolate pudding - with a touch of chili, cardamom and aniseed.
