The Story

A special release from our friends at the Isle of Raasay Distillery to celebrate their 'Distillery of the Year' award 2022! 

This exciting release is their oldest cask bottling to date. Made from unpeated spirit, it has been matured in ex Four Roses Bourbon barrels before finishing in Quercus Humboldtii Virgin Oak Casks from Colombia. 

Bottled at 5 years old and cask strength, there are 9,500 bottles in existence.

A swirling, sweet symphony of vanilla, butterscotch, black cherry, and a long finish of crème brûlée.
