The Story

This second batch of whisky from the community-led GlenWyvis Distillery was distilled in 2018 has been matured in 60% first Fill Tennessee Whiskey, 25% First Fill Oloroso, and 15% Refill Whisky.

Tennessee Whiskey barrels from America add complex sweetness, Oloroso hogsheads from Spain bring rich fruit and refilled Scotch whisky hogsheads highlight the fragrant, spicy character of GlenWyvis.

Nose:  Soft white grapes, giving way to a jammy sweetness.

Palate:  Vanilla fudge, sherbet fizz, pear drops.

Finish: Initial dark chocolate with lingering summer berry
