Tasting Note:  4 years maturation in French Oak Cognac casks gives this whisky flavours of cinnamon-dusted soft apples, yellow plums and cedar spice.  Orange oils, buttery shortbread, cloves and flaky almond pastries come through on the palate.  A balanced, fresh and complex whisky.
