Henri Bardouin Pastis Grand Cru is a premium, 45% ABV Provençal aperitif created in 1990 by Distilleries et Domaines de Provence. Renowned for its complex, balanced flavor, it features a blend of over 65 herbs and spices—including star anise, mugwort, cardamom, and thyme—offering a more refined, less intense licorice taste compared to commercial brands. It is best served diluted with 6-10 parts water.
