Tasting Note:
A gorgeous nose of carrot cake, molasses, warm fudge, cinnamon and ginger jumps out of the glass. A lovely soft palate, with that warming spice and bitter orange backed up by unmistakably good quality foursquare rum bringing that bitter-sweet element. A touch of menthol and the reappearance of the carrot cake come through on the finish. A great rum for sipping around the fire, or mixing into your cocktail of choice.
