The Four Roses Single Barrel is aged for a minimum of 7-9 years in a single cask before bottling at American "100 proof", 50% abv. A powerful, but beautifully balanced and smooth Bourbon, this has complex prune, dark cherry, cocoa, maple syrup and caramel flavours with a pleasing peppery spice on the finish.
