Production: This whisky was aged for eight years and finished in a first-fill Château Talbot barrique, then bottled unchill-filtered to retain full flavour.

Tasting Note: It offers extra virgin olive oil and black treacle on the nose, moving to toasted walnut, redcurrant jam and clove, with a long, savoury finish.
